Order confirmation not received
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive. If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail after 24 hours, please contact us.
Changing or canceling an order
We suggest reviewing your order carefully before you place it as you cannot change or cancel it. You must agree to our terms to complete the sale as once placed, the purchase is final.
We currently accept all major payments, and PayPal. We also accept manual payments (money orders, bank transfers) or Interac email transfers if you are in Canada. See instructions at checkout. Note that your method of payment cannot be changed after your order has been placed.
Due to hazmat regulation, we can only use UPS Ground as a carrier. We cannot use Canada Post or other carriers in any way. For other products, you will be able to select Canada Post.
Note that an extra fee of 9$ is automatically applied to perfume shipping costs to all our perfume orders as per UPS Dangerous Goods policy.
We currently ship to the U.S. by ground only, using UPS as per Hazmat regulation. We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses and territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands). Shipping costs are based on destination and weight.
Due to the complexities of international shipping and hazmat regulations, we can only ship orders every 7 days or 10 days. An extra fee of 9$CAD is automatically applied to perfume shipping costs as per UPS Dangerous Goods policy.
We ship to non-restricted international destinations using UPS Air.
Customs duties and import taxes
Customs regulations, brokerage fees and import charges are not included in the shipping cost and vary by country.
Customers and gift recipients are responsible for any applicable charges, otherwise the package will be destroyed or returned to us. We encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. Take note that we cannot declare a merchandise as "gift" or "sample".
Late, lost, returned or refused packages
We are not responsible for any lost shipments due to lack of duties paid, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, missed delivery, unclaimed or refused package.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchange on our products unless damaged or faulty. Email us the details and photos or video of the damaged products within 30 days of purchase at: email@example.com.
We recommend that you purchase a sample before committing to a large format.
We regret but we do not offer refunds on our products, gift cards or services.
